In order to provide our customers with the highest level of quality and service, TIE has expanded to its brand new purpose built specialty centre in the Northern Rivers of NSW.

This news is very exciting to both us and our clients. This will now enable us to offer a wider variety of repairs as well as much quicker turnaround times, putting Tool & Instrument Engineering ahead of the pack, also to then refine our service once more we will be offering an overnight* turnaround service on any urgent work that you may have, because we understand that spare equipment is not always available and cost effective.

TIE has been restructureing transport & packaging methods to assist our clients in getting those valued assets sent for repair and maintanence, some of these ideas may include purpose built metal boxes designed to protect instruments during transit as well as reduce the time it takes to send out the instruments, also overnight freight services to most major centres.

*Overnight service reffers to the time taken for the repair, this does not include freight times from TIE to the client, nor does it include the time taken to transport the instruments from the hospitals stores department to the relevent department.
